Clarissa Phan, M.D.

Undergraduate School: Arizona State University
Medical School: University of Arizona, College of Medicine
Clinical Interests: Women’s health, rural health and preventive medicine

My name is Clarrisa Phan and I just graduated from the University of Arizona College of Medicine. I did my undergraduate work at Arizona State University, where I majored in Biomedical Engineering, with a specific interest in rehabilitation engineering. Following graduation from ASU, I took a few years to work in research, an interest I discovered as an undergraduate. In medical school, the organizations I especially enjoyed being a part of were the Commitment to Underserved People program and the Rural Health Professions program. My current clinical interests include women’s health, rural health and preventive medicine. Outside my professional life, I am happily married to my husband of four years and my favorite activities include hiking, reading, watching movies and spending time with family and friends.
